Question by Mr Iain Luke on how the R&D Tax Credit scheme will incentivise large companies to locate hi-tech operations in the UK (Note: Actually R&D tax credits are unavailable to large companies -technically, they claim R&D Tax Relief and the credit refers to the cash payment that may be made under the SME scheme ).
